New House
We received an offer on our house and are in negotiations to sell it. As if we needed more stress, we're looking for a 3 bedroom home to move into next. Buying and selling homes at the same time is a stress monster.
Of all the houses we've looked at, this one is our current favorite. We'll see if we can make it work.

The house looks very nice--and a yard and everything!! How far from the beach is it?? How far from downtown?? Is it still Morro Bay?? Hope it all goes just as you want it to!!

I know your hearts are in Morro Bay, but I told Sarema that we *heart* living in AG and would love to welcome you guys! Kids in that neighborhood, by the way, go to the PREMIERE elementary school (Branch) in Lucia Mar school district. All good things to you guys. Good luck with the whole process.
