I'm fine

The news may (or may not) have a story about a bad thing happening today in Kuwait. I was not very close to the bad thing and am fine.
update: this was the "bad thing." It was neat to watch...
it was reported in the Kuwait Times today that

An explosion yesterday rocked a munitions warehouse containing ordnance left over by the Iraqi army during the 1991 Gulf War. The warehouse is located close to the Julai'a Marine Base near Nuwaiseeb. It is not known what caused the blast
